What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided relaxation session where you lie back (or sit, if that's easier), listen and are immersed in a wash of sound from a range of instruments: crystal bowls, singing bowls, gong, chimes and live voice.

You don’t need to do anything specific. All that's asked of participants is to rest and let the sound move through the room.

The "bath" part describes how the sound reaches you, washing around you in waves. Different tones affect the body in different ways, and a session is structured to move deliberately between them, easing you from alert to calm and still.

No experience needed, no flexibility required, just permission to switch off for a while.
