A guided relaxation session where you lie back (or sit, if that’s easier), listen, and let a wash of sound from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and live voice move around and over you. Different tones affect the body in different ways, and a session is structured to ease you from alert to calm and still.
-
Lying down is the most common way to experience a sound bath, but it’s not compulsory. A seated option is always available.
