Where I get personal information from

  • Directly from you

  • Third parties:

  • A nominated contact organising the session on behalf of a group. In each case, that contact provides attendee names and basic contact details rather than each attendee submitting their own.

How long I keep information

  • Enquiry details: kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, then deleted if no booking follows.

  • Booking and health screening information: kept for 7 years from your last session. This reflects the minimum record-keeping period required under my professional indemnity insurance policy, not just a preference on my part.

  • Newsletter details: kept until you unsubscribe (link to unsubscribe is within the email).

For more information on how long we store your personal information or the criteria we use to determine this please contact us using the details provided above.
